Yes — if a tool isn’t behaving as expected, let us know and we’ll look into it.
Can I request a new tool or feature?
Absolutely — tool requests and feature suggestions are always welcome.
How long does it take to get a response?
We read every message and aim to respond as quickly as we can.
Do you have access to the images I processed?
No — every tool runs entirely in your browser and your images
are never uploaded to us, so we have no way to see or retrieve
them. If you’re describing a problem, a screenshot is the most
helpful thing you can send instead.
Is this a good place to ask general image-editing questions?
This form is best for bugs, tool requests, and feedback about
the site itself. For quick “how do I do X” questions, check the
FAQ section on the relevant tool’s page first — the answer is
often already there.
